Good question! A key aspect of our recruiting function is sourcing ‘passive’ candidates for our clients. Passive candidates have in-demand skills, are currently employed and not actively looking for a job but they are often open to new opportunities.
Passive recruiting is a strategic practice, and as such we have bolstered our pledge to build meaningful pipeline talent by creating our new ‘Pipeline Talent’ Division.

- We’ll need to have an in-depth discussion during the vacancy on-boarding. This helps us to flesh out all aspects of the role, the remuneration on offer and also allows us to drill down on the key character traits of your ideal candidate.
- We will want to understand your company and sales team culture. We will ask a myriad of questions to help us understand what the ‘best-fit’ candidates for your team look like.
- We’ll consult on industry trends and help you benchmark salaries as well as advise you on the latest ‘Labour Law’ and regulations.
- Working with the recruiter, timelines will be set, and channels of communication defined.
- We work for free until we make a placement! Communication and regular feedback is the only unwritten contract we need you to buy into!

- It’s a team effort, our recruiter’s work side-by-side with our amazing ‘Resourcers’ as well as our ‘Head of Pipeline talent’. Working as a team, your vacancy will be launched, marketed, and resourced.
- We’ll bring a CV to life with an accompanying ‘Introductory Video’ from the candidate.
- We’ll run extensive reference checks on all candidates as well as conduct background checks on shortlisted candidates. Criminal checks will be carried out prior to offer.
- We like to work within a 30-day turnaround from launching the role to finding your perfect candidate and finally getting to offer stage.
- We work on a contingency recruitment basis. Invoices are released on the candidate’s first day of employment.
