Customer Care Consultant – Cape Town

Job Overview

We are looking for a young and energetic Customer Care Consultant to join a UK company based in Cape Town Central. 

This role is for the individual who is a proactive self-starter with a high ‘figure it out factor’ reporting to the Head of Customer Care in the UK.

The Role and Responsibility:

  • Contacting customers to ensure they received excellent customer care
  • Communicating feedback from customers to management
  • Improving customer service generally 
  • Report writing
  • Clear and effective communication skills both verbally and written
  • Problem solving
  • Fluent in English
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar working environment.

Hours 

  • Monday – Friday (UK times 9 – 5)
  • Currently converted to SA it would be 11am – 7 pm
  • Day light saving switches over on 27 March to October, which will be 10am – 6pm SA times.
