We are looking for a young and energetic Customer Care Consultant to join a UK company based in Cape Town Central.
This role is for the individual who is a proactive self-starter with a high ‘figure it out factor’ reporting to the Head of Customer Care in the UK.
The Role and Responsibility:
- Contacting customers to ensure they received excellent customer care
- Communicating feedback from customers to management
- Improving customer service generally
- Report writing
- Clear and effective communication skills both verbally and written
- Problem solving
- Fluent in English
- At least 3 years experience in a similar working environment.
- Monday – Friday (UK times 9 – 5)
- Currently converted to SA it would be 11am – 7 pm
- Day light saving switches over on 27 March to October, which will be 10am – 6pm SA times.
